Rachel is a marketing expert and the creative director of Online Worlds, helping people sell more with their content. After a pivot in 2025 that felt like a slog, she came into 2026 ready to scale. By June, she had already beaten her revenue for the whole of the previous year.
“I’m proud of myself for showing how resilient I can be, and continuing with the plan even if the plan has to change.”
Scale
When Rachel joined ON IT, her business had only just got back to where it was before her pivot. Her plan for the next one to three years was scale: comfortable six figures, fewer one-to-one clients, and more focus on group programmes, brand collaborations and speaking. Halfway through the year, she shared her wins with the ON IT community: her best launch ever, her best revenue day, week and month, and her 2025 revenue already beaten by the start of June.
Pivot
Rachel started the year determined to have her first £50K+ launch. She beat her lead targets, and if those leads had converted like last time, it would have been a £70K launch. They didn’t. It was still her best launch ever, but she was crushed. Instead of giving up, she dug into her positioning and messaging, did lots of market research, and created a new offer, Radiate. Her next launch did even better.
“I ended up on a completely different journey that’s brought me to nearly double my revenue before the year has ended, just not in the way I thought it would.”
Track
Before, Rachel would check her bank account and decide whether it “seemed like a good month”. Now every sale goes straight into her cash flow tracker, and she bases her business decisions on it. That’s how she discovered brand collaborations were her second-highest revenue stream, earning as much as an offer that took twice the effort.
“I honestly make all of my business decisions now based on what my cash flow is doing.”
The Role ON IT played
Rachel loves vision setting and goal tracking so much that she used to save them for a perfect “rainy day” business retreat that never came. ON IT turned that into a fixed date on the first Monday of every month. Unless she’s away, she doesn’t skip it, and she never regrets going.
“To undo it, I have to have some sort of outside accountability.”
For Rachel, ON IT is the way to keep to the plan even when the plan has to change.
