Managing money in business

Let me tell you... It's been a journey with managing my business's finances. Now, I'm not naturally good with money - it's taken a few bumps in the road to get to the place I am today and I can say, gratefully, I now have financial systems and processes and am really in touch with where my money is coming from and going to (hence being able to make a YouTube video about it)!

Yep, that’s right, I said business financial plan. However, it wasn't always this way - once upon a time I couldn't even pay my tax return (yep - not ideal!) and I sort of just... buried my head in the sand? I can now say proudly that that has all changed, and so here I am sharing the top 3 ways that I manage my business finances!
