WHY GATHER & GROW?

Since launching my business back in 2015, I’ve discovered that something remarkable happens when I dig deep in my what I do, address the foundations and create space to think long term. After experiencing an ‘everything feels like it’s failing, I need to do something about this’ season last year and seeing the direct benefit of doing this big picture work, I realised there wasn’t anything out there to address this.

Enter Gather & Grow.

I’ve put my absolute heart and soul into this retreat, intentionally designing 4 days of space, expertise and community to leave you feeling connected to the heart of what you do and ready to level up your business. 6 workshops, a personal branding photoshoot, thoughtful activities / treats throughout & meals cooked by a private chef in a tranquil venue, all whilst learning from and connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs.

Alongside myself, each retreat features a guest coach to ensure you’re given a 360 approach to your business throughout the retreat…

Covering how to build your money making muscle while reducing the hustle and where your mind meets making it happen, Sophie will inspire you to think differently about your business so you can pursue your biggest and boldest dreams with confidence, inner calm and cash flow.

WHEN?

Gather & Grow will take place in the Autumn from the 7th-10th of October 2019. Arrival at 4pm on Monday 7th, leaving from 4pm on Thursday the 10th.

Where?

The retreat will be hosted at a luxurious industrial loft style house set in the tranquil surroundings of a private apple orchard in Somerset. Featuring a private steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub, heated pool and plenty of lush gardens, the house is brimming with places for you to relax and refresh in an idyllic British countryside setting.

INVESTMENT?

The cost of the four-day retreat including all your meals and workshops is £1500, with an early-bird rate of £1350 live until Friday 31st May. To secure your place, payment is either required in full or through the payment plan consisting of a £450 deposit along with 3 monthly payments of £300.

The Schedule

Day One

Arrival at 4pm with a few moments to settle in and take in the beautiful surroundings before an official welcome and delicious group dinner so you can get to know other guests.


Day Two

Begin the day with an optional yoga session to calm your mind followed by a freshly prepared breakfast.

The morning will be spent in the first of Sophie’s workshops, diving into your self worth, vision and mindset, before a yummy lunch together.

The afternoon will begin with a workshop from me, creating space for you to define your brand identity - getting clear on your ideal client, messaging and brand values. 

The evening will be spent enjoying dinner together before we let our hair down and indulge in some cocktail making!


Day Three

As with the previous day, you’ll have the option to begin your day with a yoga session before breakfast.

The morning will begin in a workshop led by myself, as we address the way we show up online and dive into our approach to story telling.

After this, we’ll split into groups for breakout sessions with the hosts, whilst each of us are having a personal branding shoot with a professional photographer.

We’ll then enjoy a light lunch before the second of Sophie’s workshops.

To round off the afternoon, we’ll get creative with a calligraphy and brush lettering session – a chance to do something new whilst you take in the day’s learnings.

The day will finish with dinner and an evening spent unwinding in the private spa and pool.


Day Four

On the final day we’ll all enjoy another yummy breakfast prepared by our chef Daisy before a group workshop to round off the retreat, reflecting on what we’ve worked through over the 4 days.

The retreat will officially end at 4pm after a final lunch when we’ll say our goodbyes and leave feeling fresh, focused and ready to level up our businesses.

Where Can I Sign Up?

Tickets will go live on Monday 20th May at 10am - join the waitlist to be the first in line.


Why is it only for women?

Gather & Grow has been especially designed for female entrepreneurs. After visiting a number of female only events, I’ve discovered there’s something very special about bringing inspiring females together in a safe and intentional space so for now, the retreats will be for women only.


How much does it cost?

The total cost of the three-day retreat is £1500. This covers your accommodation, all workshops, meals and drinks. There is a payment plan available and an early-bird price of £1350 until Friday 31st May.


How does the payment plan work?

A £450 deposit will secure your place, followed by 3 monthly payments of £300. You will pay your deposit on this page and then 5 days later, receive an invoice to set up the payments for the next 4 months.


What doesn't it include?

The investment doesn’t include travel.


How do I Get There?

Upon booking your space, the exact location will be confirmed. There are a number of nearby of train stations with direct trains from most major cities - these are me Castle Cary (20 mins), Yeovil (25 mins) and Taunton (30 mins). Before the event, you’ll be added to a private Facebook group to arrange travel with your fellow guests before the retreat should you wish.


How many of us will be there?

The retreat has extremely limited availability with space for just eleven guests alongside five team members. This number is to ensure the retreat is kept intimate and everyone has a chance to spend time with the hosts.


Who will I share a room with?

You’ll be sharing your industrial style loft room alongside 2-3 other inspiring female entrepreneurs. If you know another guest already, you may request to share with them or we’ll choose for you.


What's the venue like?

Featuring a private steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub, heated pool and plenty of lush gardens, the house is brimming with places for you to relax and refresh in an idyllic British countryside setting with purpose built modern amenities for a luxurious and comfortable stay.


What happens if I buy a ticket but can't come?

The retreat is for those serious about investing in themselves and their business. Whilst we understand that things happen, all refund requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
