Because ON IT is about facilitation, the magic is that it can work for business owners at any stage, whether you’re just getting started or you’re already established but need more structured support to grow. If you’re ready to stop learning passively and start taking consistent action, this programme is for you.

The first Monday of every month 10am-12pm UK time. If there’s a bank holiday, it’s the following week.

Unlike typical courses that focus on giving you more knowledge, ON IT is all about implementation. Each session is designed to help you make real progress on your business, not just in it. You won’t leave with yet another plan; you’ll leave having actively taken steps forward.

No problem! All sessions are recorded and put into your learning portal, so you’ll have access to replays if you can’t attend live. This way, you can still benefit from the structure and guidance whenever it suits you.

Our live sessions take place on the first Monday of each month, and typically last 90 minutes. Beyond that, the amount of time you spend implementing what we cover is up to you—though the program encourages manageable, consistent steps, rather than overwhelming or unrealistic expectations.

This program isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters. By prioritising key actions and working with a clear, focused plan, you’ll actually reduce the overwhelm and see meaningful progress with less time and effort.

By consistently working on your business each month, you’ll build confidence in your role as a leader, gain insights that help you make better decisions, and develop the habit of taking action aligned with your goals. The impact is cumulative, helping you grow with clarity and control.

If you feel the program doesn’t meet your expectations during the first month, please reach out, and we’ll discuss options to ensure you’re fully satisfied. After that stage, ON IT is a yearly commitment so you are locked in for the year. Payment plans are not a cancellable subscription.
