ON IT is an ongoing programme, giving you the space and accountability to keep you focused on the big picture and taking regular action to get there.
Each month we’ll come together for a call focused on checking in, setting goals and reconnecting back to the big picture of what we’re building. The focus of each call will differ depending on the time of year (eg - calls at the start of each quarter will focus on goal setting, December’s call will be focused on doing a year review) and I will give you prompts to reflect on and discuss in breakout rooms with likeminded business owners.
